1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnePressa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnePressa is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to manage their social media presence across multiple platforms. The Service provides features including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling and publishing posts to connected social media accounts
  • Managing multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard
  • Analytics and performance tracking
  • Content management and media library
  • Team collaboration features (Pro plan)

The Service is delivered entirely through web-based access. Upon registration, you receive instant access to the Service based on your selected subscription plan.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use OnePressa, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned or if your account has been terminated for violating these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Available Plans

OnePressa offers the following subscription plans:

Free Plan

  • Up to 3 social media accounts
  • Schedule up to 10 posts
  • Basic analytics
  • Email support

Pro Plan - $30/month

  • Unlimited social media accounts
  • Unlimited scheduled posts
  • Advanced analytics and insights
  • Priority support
  • Team collaboration
  • Custom branding

4.2 Billing Terms

  • Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
  • After the period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan (if eligible) or become inactive

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro plan subscribers:

  • Request a full refund within 30 days of your initial Pro plan purchase
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time Pro plan subscribers
  • Refund requests must be made by contacting admin@devoup.com

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OnePressa to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Post spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass automated posting
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or post through OnePressa ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Store, process, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Service
  • Publish Your Content to connected social media platforms per your instructions
  • Create backups and copies for Service reliability

This license ends when you delete Your Content or terminate your account.

7.2 OnePressa Property

The Service, including its design, features, source code, databases, and trademarks, is owned by OnePressa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without permission

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

  • The Service is provided on a best-effort basis
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We may suspend or restrict access for security, maintenance, or legal reasons
  • Email support is available at admin@devoup.com
  • Free plan users receive standard support; Pro users receive priority support
  • We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours

9. Third-Party Services

OnePressa integrates with third-party social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). You acknowledge that:

  • You must comply with each platform's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services
  • Third-party service disruptions may affect OnePressa functionality
  • You are responsible for managing permissions granted to OnePressa on connected platforms

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of OnePressa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • OnePressa is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
  • We are not responsible for content posted by users or actions taken by third-party platforms

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnePressa, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your Content or actions taken through the Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

  • If you violate these Terms
  • If we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • If required by law or legal process
  • At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any content stored within it. We may delete Your Content from our servers after termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with Maldivian arbitration laws

For users in the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • We will notify you via email or through the Service
  • Changes become effective 30 days after notification

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OnePressa
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor
  • Language: These Terms are provided in English; translations are for convenience only
